Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between AvisPush and its customers for subscribing to customer review management services.

2. Services Offered

AvisPush offers two subscription plans: - Digital Plan: Digital QR Code, rating page, alerts. - Premium Plan: Content of the Digital plan + Physical NFC/QR Code stand.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are in euros. Payment is made by credit card via our secure partner Stripe. The subscription is monthly, without long-term commitment, and automatically renewable.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, professional customers do not benefit from the right of refund, unless otherwise provided by contract. These ToS prevail.
